It all began nearly 90 years ago when Afifi's family were living in the village of Sepphoris, next to Nazareth, where they made their living as farmers. As production increased, they wants to be able to transport their crops quickly and efficiently to big cities like Hifa and Jaffa.

So in 1927, the Afifis decided to buy a truck to speed up the deliveries. Many of the village were only too keen to take advantage of this new transport opportunity and paid to ride on the family’s truck to its final destination.
